Elderberry Flowers made our May wedding especially beautiful! Jim was exceptionally communicative and helpful in putting my vision on paper then in person! He was also very accommodating in pricing by recommending different styles/flower types to help reduce cost while still maintaining the overall theme. There was one particular flower that I wanted to include in my bouquet, a Lily of the Valley (a sentiment for my late Grandmother). but it was not in season. Jim, however, made it happen! He cut and refrigerated this flower from his own garden. I can’t express how significant and meaningful that was to me. Thank you, Jim for making our wedding day beautiful!

Jim was so easy to communicate with. He provided honest thoughts and feedback on the floral and decor ideas, which was much appreciated during the planning process! Arnie created such beautiful arrangements for the wedding, and truly creative-directed the entire feel of the reception hall once he was there setting up. The bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres were all spectacular, and the ceremony flowers were better than I even imagined.

All I can say, is LOOK NO FURTHER. JIM IS JUST AMAZING, affordable, responsive, fantastic vision, incredible exectuion. Flowers are very important to me and my family. I always have cut flowers in my home (now and growing up). When I got engaged, having beautiful flowers at the wedding was both something I was excited about anddd a bit nervous about– given how costly it can be. Elderberry was recommended to me by an old friend who had used them at her wedding. I was a bit nervous, some of the pictures were not 100% my style– still the price seemed so reasonable it was hard to say no. I sent a few pictures of what I wanted and talked to Jim on the phone briefly. From my gorgeous bouquet, to the tables, to the chuppah, Jim did an INCREDIBLE job. He clearly matched my style and then some. The flowers were full of peonies, ranunculus, roses, and poppies. Every guest commented on how beautiful the flowers were and wanted to take them home. I really cannot say enough great things about Elderberry affordable, easy to work with, wants to match your vision, truly a joy. I strongly recommend them! Jim was always my favorite vendor. He’s so on top of it, responsive, and detail oriented. He pulled off our floral vision to absolute perfection including a beautiful floral garland for a teepee decoration we had set up, a gorgeous flowing bohemian inspired delphinium bouquet, wildflower arrangements, etc. Jim’s work made our wedding look oh so amazing, loved working with him. Don’t hesitate hiring him for your wedding!!!

At the risk of sounding redundant with all of the other reviews, Jim and Elderberry were fantastic to work with and my flowers were amazing – I wish I could post a pic. The centerpieces (there were lots of blues and purples with wildflowers interspersed) made the room. As soon as I described what I had in mind (which to be fair was not that specific), Jim knew what I wanted. I would use this place again for sure if I ever planned an event in the area.

Jim is so easy to work with, efficient with an ongoing spreadsheet that he updates and you check over, so both of you are always on the same page. Responsive to all my emails with ideas and pictures of a vision I wanted to make happen and he so made all the ideas happen!!! the flowers were amazing and he carried my boho vibe with flower crowns, arbors draped in wildflowers and loose bouquets of mixed wildflowers exactly as I had in my mind.
Elderberry Flowers (Jim) was our florist for our very intimate wedding. Since we live over 2 hours away from where we were having our wedding we communicated mostly via email. Jim was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He was very organized and detailed. It wasn’t until the wedding day when we were setting up the arbor, that I saw how beautiful the flowers came together. It was exactly what we had talked about and envisioned. The bouquet was beautiful and all of the flowers were definitely a hit! We would highly recommend Jim and Elderberry Flowers.
Jim at Elderberry is amazing at his craft. I emailed several florists to inquire about flowers for my wedding, and not only was he the first to reply, but with my brief description of style he provided a detailed list of flower species and colors for the perfect bouquet and centerpieces to reflect exactly what I wanted. He was so helpful in making something amazingly beautiful work within my budget, and I an so glad I picked his shop.
Jim Williams is a floral genius. I cannot recommend his services highly enough. I had a very specific vision in my mind for my reception flowers, and Jim executed it beautifully. The centerpieces were a true highlight of the wedding for me, and many of my guests complimented me on how striking they were. The bridesmaids loved their bouquets, and mine was simply stunning. I never thought I would write this sentence but even the boutonierres were charming and special. Very shortly before the wedding I came up with a new idea for the place card table that involved moss in wood trays and boxes. Jim was able to find the perfect receptacles on a short timeframe . If you select Elderberry Flowers, you’ll, be delighted with the results.
We used Jim for our wedding last weekend and were very pleased with how our wedding flowers turned out. Jim was such a pleasure to work with and really knows how to turn your vision into a reality. He was very responsive and answered emails almost immediately. We had to make some changes close to the wedding due date in guest count and Jim was very patient and understanding.
